Cheshire Furniture Re-use Forum
The Forum is made up of 13 not-for-profit projects that work with their local authority to collect quality reusable furniture and household appliances throughout Cheshire and donate or sell it at low cost.
The projects are to:
support people on their own and families when they need it most, helping people to set up home or access furniture they can't afford.
To help the environment by stopping lots of good quality furniture ending up on landfill sites.
To provide training and volunteer opportunities which can help people find a job.
The projects are professionally organised with 32 paid and 242 voluntary staff. We provide training and work opportunities with 111 people receiving this support this year.
